South West: Devon - Exe Valley B&B

The “Exe Valley Bed and Breakfast” at Barnhill Cottage, Brampford Speke is located in a converted stable block situated in a quiet and picturesque village overlooking the riverside walks of the Exe Valley Way. Guests have the exclusive use of a private suite of rooms which are suitable for up to three people. Breakfast is served in the guest suite’s small dining area which is well stocked with beverages and has a fridge for milk and bottled water.

The small garden has a covered seating area where the wonderful panoramic views over the Exe Valley can be appreciated.

Guests will need their own transport and there is safe off-road parking.

In easy walking distance there is a Grade 2 listed Devon Inn “The Lazy Toad”, open Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Monday.
