Within easy driving distance of Glyndebourne, Ashdown Forest, Sissinghurst, Chartwell, Penshurst, Hever, Batemans and many famous gardens and NT properties, it makes a perfect base for exploring this gorgeous part of England.

Reached by a path through the beautiful garden with staggering views and in summer surrounded by its own wildflower meadow, the cottage is detached, has total privacy and is completely self contained with full central heating and a woodburning stove. There is private parking for one car by the main house. The cottage is immensely comfortable, filled with flowers, has a very well-equipped kitchen, lovely living room with a wood burner, central heating, modern bathroom and a large bedroom with a super king size bed. A cream tea greets arrivals.
