When the person closest to us dies this can have a devastating impact on all aspects of our life. We don’t just loose our soulmate and companion, but also the person we were with them. We tend to forget to take care of ourselves. Chances are we still want to go on holidays, but don’t want to be surrounded by happy couples. Ute Amann-Seidel, founder of Fire & Rain Soul Spa®, found herself in this situation after her fiancé died very suddenly and unexpectedly.
On her retreats she shares some of the things that have helped her most on her own healing journey: nature, mindfulness, yoga, creativity, delicious food and drink, exploring beautiful surroundings and talking to others in the same situation. Everything in the programme is optional and you can dip in and out of compassionate company as you like.
Fire & Rain Soul Spas take place in beautiful locations in Scotland and are a more relevant alternative to existing holiday offers.
