This friendly, inviting Pilates Studio will offer you a unique insight into the original authentic work of Joseph Pilates. You will receive classical Pilates method instruction with clear, easy guidance, whether you’re a beginner, improver or a Pilates pro! We have a range of mat, barre, reformer and equipment classes as well at High intensity power pilates, pre/post-natal and private sessions. All our staff are trained to a high level in their area and provide a range of classes at many different times of the week, as well as Saturday and Sunday.
