A friendly working farm with two lovely big comfortable ensuite rooms and two lovely dogs. Lynn and David have a huge Old English Mastiff and a Jack Russell terrier. Easy access and lots of parking. Perfect place to stop if passing Leicester (Just 2 miles from M1 (J21a), or as a base to see many places of historical interest or even if working in the area. Excellent choice of breakfasts and a very good restaurant in the village for lunch or evening meal. Parking is close to front door. Each bedroom has TV, Wi-Fi and Tea and Coffee making facilities, small fridge with fresh milk and complementary fruit juices, fruit and chocolate biscuits. Also hanging space and drawers. Full set of towels, soap/body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all provided free of charge. Each bedroom has a small safe and hairdryer. There is also a small separate TV/Den for guests use. A travel cot and potty loo are available for young children. Small indoor gym and Heated outside pool in summer months.
