An hour long talk on the controversial ‘King in the Car Park’ as a Powerpoint presentation
Interest in Richard III has skyrocketed since his remains were found in a Leicester car park. That’s when I got interested too and since then I have researched his life and character as much as I can, reading over two hundred and fifty books about him and weighing up the pros and cons about his character and his alleged crimes. In this talk I present the questions and mysteries surrounding his life and the conclusions I have reached about him. Was he Shakespeare’s ruthless, child-murdering, hunchbacked tyrant or a good and just king, who died bravely defending his throne and was cruelly maligned by the Tudors? You decide!
I will address these points and more and answer any questions you may have about Richard as well as his appearance, his reinterment and the identification of his remains.
