I am based in North-East London but also teach in Central and West London. Before your first lesson we will discuss your goals, training experience and lifestyle in a 30 minute complimentary consultation, where we will curate a tailored programme for you.
What is Pilates
Pilates is a system designed to strengthen and elongate muscles, build stamina, develop muscle tone and restore the body to its natural balance. It helps to increase stability by developing the body’s core strength, which helps to support improved posture and healthier alignment.
What is Supple Strength
Supple Strength blends elements of yoga, Pilates and body conditioning. A typical Supple Strength session will end with a mindful meditation practice to relax the body and mind. You will feel stretched and refreshed and leave with a great sense of well-being.
