Yorkshire: music for the mind sessions, Stamford Bridge

Ruth’s Music for the Mind sing along sessions are designed for those living with dementia and their carer. Her fortnightly sessions take place from 1.30 to 3.00pm in The Terrace Lounge at Stamford Bridge Beaumont Care Home, Stamford Bridge, York YO41 1AJ. The fun, informal music sessions offer a safe and supportive environment in which to meet some new friends, sing along and have some fun. The price of £5 per couple per session includes a cup of tea and cake. Call or email Ruth for further details.

Ruth’s fun, interactive music sessions are for the young at heart. She will take you down memory lane with music from the 30’s, 40’s 50’s and 60’s offering you a chance to let your hair down, sing along, make music, move and forget about age and medical conditions.
