The Old Hall Coach House stands in three acres of garden and paddocks with views over Rutland Water. It has been converted into a charming home with a twin bedroom and private bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with en suite and a single bedroom with a bathroom. 

There is also a flat with twin beds, en suite and a sitting area. 

There is a TV and kitchen for guests who stay for three days or longer.  

Edith Weston is a pretty stone village with a Church, Shop and Pub.  Rutland Sailing Club is in the village and Rutland Golf Club is about a mile away. The Bird Sanctuary at Eagleton is about four miles - the International Bird Fair is held there every August. Trout fishing can be enjoyed from a boat or land and the Rutland Belle offers a tour round the water.

Burghley House, Belton House, Rockingham Castle, Belvoir Castle and Grimsthorpe Castle are nearby.

Rutland is considered a mini Cotswold with many stone villages.
