Come and join us at the Cheesemaking Workshop and learn how to make your own gourmet cheeses from scratch! Camembert • Feta • Quark • Mascarpone • Ricotta • Greek Style Yoghurt and Labneh. Workshops are 100% hands on, fun and interactive. The one-day workshop includes: a delicious lunch served with wine, cheese tastings and all course notes.
