North England: BRITISH ALE ADVENTURES IN GREAT BREWERIES & PUBS
Beer Tours UK has a very special offer in British beer tourism for cask ale fans. We only arrange tours for small groups, so the flexibility is enormous. Individuals can join other enthusiasts or we will put together tailored itineraries for one, two, three or even five days. The regions of North West England, North Wales, Shropshire and Yorkshire provide the perfect backdrops for the tours. We usually start in Chester, one of the UK’s most celebrated Roman cities.
Breweries visited vary but are typically independent brewers such as Shropshire’s welcoming Stonehouse Brewery, Peerless, a gem hidden in Birkenhead, and the innovative Thornbridge Brewery, set amid the dramatic Peak District. Some trips will venture to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. You will also enjoy some of Britain’s truly amazing pubs.
Group pub walking tours are also now available for afternoons and evenings in Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.
